REFORMER & SOUND BATH; Release, Restore & Flow

  • Release, Restore, Flow: Yin-inspired reformer & Sound Bath under the energy of the Hunter’s Moon.

With Chloe Doherty & Jordan Crowley

    Sunday 19th October

    45 minute Reformer Pilates practice

45 minute Crystal Singing Bowl sound bath

Harnessing energy from the Hunter's moon

Releasing what no longer serves us and creating space for new intentions

This unique event will guide you through a Yin-inspired Reformer session that blends the supportive structure of Reformer Pilates with the deep, mindful stretch and relaxation of Yin. The class is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote a sense of deep restoration, allowing you to unwind and reset as we flow with the rhythm of the seasons.

As we prepare for the Hunter’s Moon, we’ll harness its powerful energy to release what no longer serves us and create space for new intentions. This moon is a time for reflection, release, and renewal - perfectly aligned with the journey we’ll take through movement and stillness.

After the reformer pilates class we'll be allowing space for a focused recovery session designed to recharge both body and mind, with a 45 minute crystal singing bowl sound bath. Crystal singing bowls create sound frequencies that lead you into a relaxed state, which in turn can help reduce stress and allow for benefits like muscle recovery and deeper sleep. This 45-minute practice will put your nervous system into a restorative state, giving your body the downtime it needs to repair and perform at its best.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this evening offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body, nurture your spirit, and flow in harmony with the cycles of nature. All levels welcome - come ready to flow, release, and restore as we prepare for the luminous energy of the Hunter’s Moon.

*** Please note that sound baths are not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, who have stress induced epilepsy, suffer from certain extreme mental health problems (such as sound triggered PTSD), or who have pacemakers. Please reach out prior to the event if you have any conditions / considerations you would like to discuss.

    What to bring:

The reformer beds will be adjusted to a comfortable sound bath bed and blankets and bolsters will be provided - We suggest wearing layers as your temperature will drop during the sound bath.

    Intention setting and herbal tea

Reiki energy will be infused throughout: held in the intention behind Vanessa's teaching, and through optional gentle energetic support during the closing sound bath with Vanessa giving hands on Reiki.

The session will close with a crystal singing bowl sound bath, designed to restore and rebalance your chakras, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. Weaving in grounding winter aromas to invite deep relaxation and seasonal renewal.
