SOULFUL SUNDAYS : MANDALA VINYASA
18th May @ 4-5:30PM £22 with Sara Lawlor
Join Sara on Sunday 18th May, for our second round of Soulful Sundays, this time diving deep into the magic of Mandala Vinyasa.
Mandala Vinyasa is a fluid, rhythmic and flowing vinyasa practice. We explore a creative sequence in 360 degrees around the mat, and the repetitive nature of it allows you to drop out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. You can expect breathwork, meditation, dynamic mandala vinyasa as well as lots of time to rest and cultivate deep relaxation.
SOUND BATH WITH JORDAN
Sunday 18th May, 6:00pm - 7:15pm £20
Come chill with us for an hour of deep relaxation at Studio M. This sound bath session will use gong and crystal singing bowls to create calming vibes that help quiet your mind, ease stress, and leave you feeling refreshed.
You’ll be lying down while the sounds and vibrations do their thing—no effort required. Just bring yourself, some comfy clothing and snuggly socks, and let the sounds wash over you.
Sound baths have been shown to shift brainwaves into more relaxed states (like alpha and theta), helping to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and support deep rest. Perfect for anyone needing a reset, a break from the noise, or just a good reason to unwind.
*** Please note that Gong Baths are not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, who have stress induced epilepsy, suffer from certain extreme mental health problems (such as sound triggered PTSD), or who have pacemakers. Please reach out prior to the event if you have any conditions / considerations you would like to discuss.
What to bring:
Mats, eye mask and blankets will be provided - We suggest wearing layers as your temperature will drop during the sound bath
