Get ready to step into the light, move with intention and welcome this season of abundance
About Sara:
Sara is a yoga and movement teacher based in North East London. Her teaching style is deeply inspired by her studies in Mandala Vinyasa, Traditional Chinese Medicine, 5 elements theory, Thai Yoga Massage, and Yogic philosophy. In her classes you can expect a creative, juicy and dynamic vinyasa practice with a strong emphasis on the breath and personal intention. What guides Sara in her offerings is the belief that the practice of yoga helps to bring us back to the core of who we are - our true self - an open and loving self. She believes we all have the power to transform our lives if we tune in and listen to what's going on inside - we all have the capacity to awaken to this love and joy.
SOUND BATH WITH JORDAN
SUNDAY 29TH JUNE, 6:00pm - 7:15pm £20
Come chill with us for an hour of deep relaxation at Studio M. This sound bath session will use gong and crystal singing bowls to create calming vibes that help quiet your mind, ease stress, and leave you feeling refreshed.
You’ll be lying down while the sounds and vibrations do their thing—no effort required. Just bring yourself, some comfy clothing and snuggly socks, and let the sounds wash over you.
Sound baths have been shown to shift brainwaves into more relaxed states (like alpha and theta), helping to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and support deep rest. Perfect for anyone needing a reset, a break from the noise, or just a good reason to unwind.
*** Please note that Gong Baths are not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, who have stress induced epilepsy, suffer from certain extreme mental health problems (such as sound triggered PTSD), or who have pacemakers. Please reach out prior to the event if you have any conditions / considerations you would like to discuss.
What to bring:
Mats, eye mask and blankets will be provided - We suggest wearing layers as your temperature will drop during the sound bath
