Stretch & Sound Sessions @ Studio M

Join our Studio M team and Sound bath practitioner Jordan for a movement and sound experience that begins with a whole body Stretch and Release Reformer class designed to lengthen, strengthen and awaken the body. Expect mindful movement, deep stretches, and flowing sequences to create space in both body and mind.
We’ll then transition into a deeply restorative Sound Bath, where soothing frequencies and healing vibrations will guide you into complete relaxation. As the seasons shift, this is your invitation to release stagnant energy, reset your nervous system, and plant fresh intentions for the months ahead.

Advanced Reformer Workshop - STOTT Repertoire with Chloe & Victoria

Join Chloe Doherty and Victoria Rock Studio M for a two-part workshop exploring the advanced STOTT Reformer repertoire.
Workshop 1 - 1h30mins and focus on 5 moves that we will breakdown one by one with a flow at the end using the cues and adjustments learnt.
Workshop 2 - 2hours. Focus on 5 further movements with a full flow class of the repertoire learnt across both sessions.
What to expect?
- a full breakdown and demonstration of each movement exploring key details, transitions and teaching points in a clear and practical way.
- Guided cueing, hands-on adjustments, and spring exploration.
- Long box series (Swan dive, back stroke, multiple Teaser variations, horseback)
- Dynamic stability movements including Up stretch and Tendon Stretch.
- Elite control exercises (Overhead, Snake, Twist, Corkscrew, and Balance Control)
- Experience the rhythm and flow of advanced work
Delivered across two sessions with two of our senior instructors, these workshops will offer the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the advanced repertoire, build confidence, and refine your practice in a supportive and encouraging environment.
